Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Life Changer Worldwide, we are committed to providing high-quality Zhineng Qigong and Hunyuan Qi Therapy education. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have outlined our cancellation and refund policies below.

Digital and Self-Paced Courses

We stand behind the quality of our self-paced online courses (e.g., Zhineng Qigong Level 1). If you are not satisfied with the course, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, you must not have completed more than 25% of the course material. After 14 days, all sales for self-paced digital products are final.

Weekly and Monthly Subscriptions

For our live online Qigong courses and ongoing subscriptions:

• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the live sessions and recordings until that cycle concludes.
• Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for partially used subscription months.

In-Person Trainings, Retreats, and Workshops

Due to the logistical planning required for live, in-person events and retreats, the following policy applies:

• Cancellations made 60 days or more before the event start date will receive a full refund, minus a small administrative processing fee.
• Cancellations made between 30 and 59 days before the event start date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event start date are non-refundable.
• In the unlikely event that Life Changer Worldwide must cancel a retreat or training, you will receive a 100% full refund of your ticket price.
